no booster packs, no card
nothing....i can find
I see this DLC was added to your account. It won't show up separately in your Library. Instead, it will be automatically added to the base game.
Whenever you're not sure about owning a DLC, you can check it by right-clicking the base game in your Library and selecting "View downloadable content".
Some DLCs need you to play the game further to access the content, so if you see the DLC in the list but you don't see it in the game, get in touch with the game's support to find out how to access it.

We haven't been able to find anything wrong on our end. Can you confirm that the DLC is enabled in your Steam client? There should be a tickbox next to it in the list of DLCs under Chronicle - check {LINK REMOVED}this image. If that checkbox isn't ticked, the DLC won't be added to your account.
after buy the dlc, i have received the email, please check this
http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/137753253968938386/70F1BF33B2815128E811E5F0C0BBA79D45936F48/
the dlc also appeared "Purchased" in steam
the steam confirm that i have bought the dlc
you can confirm this by contact with steam
can you fix this soon?
Don't worry, we're not doubting that you've actually bought the DLC - in fact we know you have, because if we check with Steam's API manually, we get back a positive response. What we're wondering is whether you've disabled the DLC in your Steam client. If you can double-check the DLC checkbox under Chronicle in your Steam Library (see the screenshot I posted) that might solve the problem.
With the most recent update we added some logging to both the client and the server to see if we can track down where the problem is. If you could send us a client log, that would be very helpful. Here's how:
- Patch Chronicle (Steam will do this automatically unless you've told it not to)
- Log in, confirm that the DLC is missing.
- Find the most recent logfile in Chronicle's log directory. The directory can be found at C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Jagex Ltd\Chronicle _ RuneScape Legends
- (AppData is a hidden folder, you can't find it by clicking through in Explorer. If you paste the above location into the Explorer address bar and fill in your Windows username, you should get there)
- The files are all called "Chronicle-log-DATE" - if you can send us the most recent one (a Pastebin link is fine) we can see what your client tried to do when it started up.
well, i am a mac user and can not find the C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS.....
can you tell my how to do this in mac.
i do not find the DLC checkbox in library, may be the mac steam client do not show this?
can you tell me detail, how to find the DLC checkbox
actually, i know what you mean, but i do not think i disabled the dlc manually...
before i buy the dlc, i has check that the dlc was mac supported
i just hope that the dlc works automatically, i am not good at deal with that.
____________
ok, i know. the dlc was windows only?
i remember that the dlc was mac supported while i but this? however i can not prove this.
my mistake
The DLC should work on Mac as well as Windows.
As far as the log file goes, on a Mac it should be found at /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/unity.Jagex Ltd.Chronicle - RuneScape Legends
If you can go through the steps I posted before, and send us the latest log from that folder, we can take a look at what your client is up to.
