What do you mean 0% and 100%?
Mortal activates when the player is at 15 Health or below, it has nothing to do with RNG.

He fought me 2 times and Vanescula can time mortal pretty good. ;-)

4 demage they are completely unnecessary because it has never for 4 is not tore off
