I had that feel with gold-to-platinum yesterday.

I had a time when I went on a 13 game losing streak right before I got into Platinum that almost entirely demotivated me to keep playing. I took like 3 days off, then returned and got into Platinum on a 17 game win streak.

Building up Raptor's armor to something useful -- spending most of about 4 chapters doing it -- only to have ONE SINGLE CARD reduce that armor level back down to zero. It's rage inducing and makes me wonder why in the hell anyone would bother working that hard to build a hero up when there are cards in the deck that can hamstring such efforts in the late game with just a single move.

I pretty much only play for the dailies now, I'm waiting on Jagex to figure out what kind of game they want to make so I can figure out how to play it.

Jagex has said on multiple occasions that you're not supposed to stack armor all game for the final fight, but use it as another resource. They likely won't "fix" cards like Green Dragon, because thats how they always intended the game be played.

Green Dragon, etc are hard counters, and they are slowly being phased out of the game. Hard counters are not healthy and are a sign that something else is broken.

If they do not intend armor to be stacked, then they need to take out the cards that are based on stacking it in the first place, as well as the cards that use stacked armor offensively.
