New player basic cards questions
i started yesterday, saw an ingame notice that many cards will be basic cards on the 7th; does this mean i wont get them?

a) New cards are moving to basic? I havent heard anything about this, this was likely the move a few weeks ago.
b) if anything gets moved to the basic set, everyone gets 2 copies.
