[Bug] Cannot switch fullscreen monitors
I tried to switch monitors in the graphics settings, but when relaunching to make it take effect, it just fullscreens back on the same monitor as before.

Try and press Windows + SHIFT + LEFT (or RIGHT) to switch the locations of an application.
