Like the title says, game crashes on loading screen (rotating blue circle and C:RL logo).

Things I've done:
- Verify game cache
- Add "-force-d3d9" to launch options
- Reinstall fully

While my specs don't meet recommended ones, they surely meet minimum ones as I played 4 hours yesterday when I first downloaded it.

EDIT: After I posted this, friend suggested me to just restart PC and it worked. Thread can be closed.
