bilrach uses "set health" this is, in most senarios, a heal effect,
it doesnt set max health, so 30 still is the limit.
this is said according to the language, logic n math the game uses.
the human interpretation might be different.
Either the description is wrong or the effect is.
it says "set health" thats the funtion used,
n this function is a heal n nothing else, it doesn't increase max health.
"match health" is just the maxim value possible.
it worked that way on release with vampire power, n does the same with morvrans level up.
You health cannot go above your current maximum health, so you cannot have health of 35 if you yourself have not increased it.
This has always worked this way and just the text needs clearing up.
