Report a translation problem
If not, we would need a reproduce info on how this happened. Do you remember your steps on achieving this?
If you manage to do this in fresh 0.9/0.9.1 save file, you can submit in-game bug report too!
Cheers.

And here's an example of the bug.

Shuttle stuff is the first time I am hearing about, no in-game reports, no discord threads about it. So no idea what's happening. And 0.9 patch has been up for a few months now.
As I replied in the last post, we had those type of issues like that in the past, but in 0.9, these should be gone. If there is another/more complicated case how to break usages, we need exact consistent reproduce with multiple different items examples on fresh saves.
In your campaign, many things happened already (including custom upgraded items for example), so it's harder to track/understand what's causing it, and obviously mid-late campaigns got tons of items already in cargo (which some of them could be somehow "corrupted", so that's why you are able to do it again and again)
Unfortunatelly I can't pinpoint when the problem began, would a a copy of my save file help?
I can't figure out what causes it. I've tried just splitting and merging stacks in the hold but it only seems (so far) to happen when a new one is added (looted, crafted, or as a reward). Otherwise it seems random and not any particular item (so long it has a usage). I've had it happen to antidote, cigarettes, medkits, and the antibiotics as said above.
I don't use mods and my game (and save) are current.
