Did AnCom's strategy changed to "Awaiting next step"? Usually the next story mission issued after some time passed.

Is this normal?

If your save was started in 0.9 or in beta but before July 18th then yes.
We've talked about it in the news:

Save Compatibility
You can continue your old saves and they will be playable. However, if your save was started in version 0.9 or during the beta before July 18, some new features may not work properly, and story missions may behave incorrectly. If it was started before June 17, the game will lack Hexarch Tianming entirely. Saves from version 0.9 may also have issues unlocking armor sets.
We recommend starting a new game for the best experience.

I start this save on Aug 3rd, around 1 day after 0.9.5 leave Beta. Is it safe? or should i restart?

For how long have you stalled trading? Could you tell me all details? And I mean everything you've done and state of the Solar System.

I only stalled trading for 2 missions since i want to finish all mission before jump to another planet to trade.

After that there are no new story mission.
State of the Solar System are

Date 16.11.2200 currently, All corp got around tech lvl 2.
Faction power highest 1700(Realwear), lowest 320(AnCom)

I think we've managed to find a way to consistently reproduce the bug.
But I can't say if the fix would work retroactively yet. Also our programmers didn't take a loot yet too.

Thank you for testing and notice. I will play rogue-like for now and go for Story in new file after 1.0 release then.

I got the same bug on a fresh 0.9.5 save. All factions are permanently stuck at "time until change" status. Not sure if it's the tutorial that's causing this or what. I started a second new 0.9.5 playthrough while skipping the tutorial and in that save the factions strategies / missions seem to work fine.

Its cause is if you completed the tutorial but afterwards didn't fly to Mars when you were told to. If you fly to Mars or just skip tutorial - everything works as intended.

Hi, I try using bug report in-game but didn't know how.

I have found another problem.
This time I skipped tutorial, After finish Ancom base on Mars mission where you found big tablet. I got message form "Prof. Eipschwitz" mention Mercury - Flat Obsidian so I travel there ASAP (took around 30+ days) but it got nothing there, no mission, Can't landed on Flay obsidian.

Also while travel i keep open/closed inventory and manage crafting many time. I didn't know if that is a cause or not.

Do Feathered Masks still present in the Stock Exchange or did they disappeared? If the latter then it works as intended. We will be tweaking factions a bit in the future updates so it won't happen that easily though.

I mistype the mission, It is the "Realwear" not "AnCom" mission on Mars whereas you seen Huge tablet first time, I haven't get the quasimorph lance yet.

Feathered Masks still present, it is on EXPANSION and yellow flag time until change: (No timer).
