Killed in mission - Locked on blackscreen when loading from mission to Ship
As by title, the game's locked at the screen from Mission to ship, can't send bug report. If I close the game and load the save I'm back at death screen, with no possibility to use the menu and when I press the button that says that I accept defeat it locks me on blackscreen, is it salvable?

Load the save, get the error, Alt+F4, relaunch the game, send a bug report from the main menu. Write there your issue and your Steam name.
