Switch port and controller support

The Switch port is coming, and obviously it will have controller suppport.
So I was wondering if it was going to be implemented in the PC version, or if it's one of those cases of "impossible because it has to be implemented from the start of development" that happen most of the time.

They didn't just make the Switch version from scratch. It has to be possible to implement on PC. I really wish they would. After the Steam Deck, I just don't like gaming at my desk with a KB+M anymore.

I'm playing Switch version and controller support is really nice. I hope they adap it to PC version.

I'd love to see controller support for the PC version too. However, every time someone asks this questions (like here), devs remain silent, which doesn't look good...

Yeah i very much want controller support on PC too. Since Grimrock was released i sooo wanted to also play it with a Gamepad.
Since the Switch Version has it - please bring it to the PC too!

I have to buy it on Switch now, just to see how the magic system was implemented on a Pad.

These devs are long gone. People would start shaking them down for Grimrock 3.

So funny all the people who were claiming this game could never run properly on a controller. I always said it could easily do it. Controller mode shifts and everything else available would make this game a dream on PC.
