But these probably wont align with your needs, you can try to do the "calibration test" if you continue to have this problem, tho=)
The bat's hit timing will either result in an extra hit where there shouldn't be one (kinda similar to what happens with the Blue Slimes on Impossible around the second half of the moment in question), or this "delayed" hit. You'll have to adjust your play style around it!

I don’t believe the bat’s timing discrepancy is intentional.
It’s likely that an unavoidable mismatch occurred.
I understand that adjusting the notes or the music timing would be difficult.
