Level Editor Family Sharing

Hi, i have a problem with launching level editor. When i try to use it, i get an error "No license" and it doesn't launch. I think the reason might be that i'm playing the game from library shared by Family Sharing by one of family members. Is it intended or is there a way to fix this problem? If i try to install level editor manually via steam, i get the same error.

I can go to this page, but, as i've said in the question, i can't add it to the library.

I'll probably have to ask the devs why. the tool is 'free' according to steam but I also can't get the license to 'stick'

Is there a way to contact the devs with this problem? Or some kind of tech support. I don't see such links/threads.

I have the same issue. The game is shared from a difrent library. I get "no licence" issue both from within the game and if i try to get it from the store.
