I suggest you don't take Reddit or this Discussions section at face value then, many people here are that kind with way too much time on their hands and unrealistic opinions. Honestly I just ignore them at this point.

Other than that, the game is great and a lot more fun than it was at release, we have more than enough power for all content now. Sadly, in tandem with that bosses were also nerfed - they removed a lot of mechanics, Colossi feel about half as hard to beat as they used to at release. Then again, it's more new-player friendly now which is great for you.

We don't use HP modules since the last update anymore on most builds, because now you can get that stat (in combo with DEF) from external components, effectively making you even tankier than before + giving more space for builds. Just hit MR18 asap to unlock weapon and external component cores.

Uh everything is so much easier to grind for that I'd say now is the best time after release for you to re-join.

Once you do if you don't have one yet get an Ultimate Bunny, a doggo and you're good to go. They will then automatically dismantle stuff according to your Junk Settings, eliminating your need for inventory management. They'll also help pick up stuff from the maps (I'd like to stress *help*, you should both go for pickups in tandem. If your dog runs left, you go right).

oh nice
You will probably still be busy with the added content when season 3 hits in a month. But you also have plenty of time to complete the current battle pass. Have fun.
