Their anti cheat doesnt like certain launchers.....
How can you submit a bug ticket?, apparently if i have my Wuthering Waves launcher open and i launch this game the game bricks freezes and crashes unable to launch unless i restart my computer, ive noticed the Easy Anti-Cheat Service stays open on my task manager but im unable to close it no matter what i try and it looks like it prevents me from launching the game......seems odd that my gacha game launcher causes this games anti cheat to go bonkers.....

Not "other launcher" per say, having those opened enable their own anti-cheat software.

Clash of the anti-cheats basically.

It's like stupid clowns running many anti-virus software all doing real-time scanning in a dead loop and froze the PC. lol.

there's a wide variety of things that will just cause this game's joke of an EAC implementation to decide that you are not allowed to play and that your PC deserves to crash. you can try to submit a ticket here but don't count on them actually fixing it because it's not a new problem.

I would say its not so much the launcher but two anti-cheats clashing. If that is the case, it will not be fixed because it cannot.
