same problem here for the last couple days which sucks cause i decided to get back into the game after a while, guess thats a sign to stay off of it lol

Is it actually stopping in Steam aswel or after the anticheat load screen it still continues to run in steam?

this happens to me now too after crashing in sigma sector earlier today now i cant go past splash screen even after reinstalling

just fixed by deleting user config settings and starting the game no clue what setting in it was crashing the game

Hey, thanks for the tip. I've spent about an hour or so doing some testing and found that the cause of the problem is Frame Generation. Any FG setting (On/Auto, 2x, 3x...) triggers this problem consistently. If you have this on, try turning it off and seeing if you ever experience the problem again.

The developer of the first descendant is a crooked-handed, blind, disabled person who keeps rolling out updates that break the game after which the game won't even start. Aren't you tired of playing a game made by a crooked, blind, disabled developer?
