Weapon skins list?

Is there anywhere were you can see a complete list of all weapons skins, including how to get them, and if the are still obtainable?

(hopefully, maybe even an official one)

Inventory menu -> customize -> weapons -> pick the weapon you want and check the skins and see.

If only that actually really shows the info on every skin, but that is far from the case. Sadly a lot of them don't have any info at all...
