I don;t get locked but my frames drops to 30 and gets stuck there ,

yes, sometimes it never gets past the login screen and I have to hard restart my PC.

I'm getting serious rubber banding, but that's due to the servers being overloaded so I know or hope that will be sorted out but I was able to complete the first mission.
