can someone list the nescesary and suggested mods for me to use/add with the game?

hello there, i wanna play this game again but i havent played in such a long time that i no longer know which are the essential mods to get to play this properly and in better way.
maybe someone could provide a list of the things i need.

The TSL Restored Content[deadlystream.com] mod is essential, it restores a lot of unfinished content and fixes a lot of the game. Can also be downloaded from Steam Workshop;

However if you plan on having any other mod from Steam Workshop then it is advised to install TSLRCM manually because Steam Workshop is very limited in its functionality and doesn't properly install mods that edit the same files.

I'd also recommend the Community Patch mod but, been a while for me so, be sure to read up on it's criteria and compatibility informations.

if its not much to ask could you link me to the proper file to install it manually
