Earliest I can get my desired color crystal and Jedi Master Robes?

I'm not terribly picky about having the more unique robes like Thon's, Baran Do, etc. Jedi Master's with full mod slots will be enough.

But I like to keep my character Canon, so the name Meetra Surik with a single Cyan lightsaber. So where is the earliest I can secure this crystal so it's ready the first chance I get to build my saber?

I believe Oondar has it on Nar Shaddaa possibly, or Jorran if youre level 13.

Check the crystal caves too. You might get lucky. In this game, a lot of the loot is random, so you may not get it on the first playthrough.
