Because the game is so old, most monitors and hardware far exceed what the game is capable of being run at, causing it to hitch and freeze (It's a port from Xbox, not a PC game, so most Hz monitors are relics now when this was new).
--Go into your GFX settings (not the hub the actual control panel IE : Right click Nvidia and go to the control panel) ::
--Manage 3D Settings > Program settings tab
-- Find Kotor2 exe
-- Go to 3 (Specify Settings for this program table) and scroll down to Max FPS. Run the game between 45-60. Hit apply. Voila, no more freezes
Fixed.
