Just installed today and when your allowed to move your character the camera is just spinning.

Make sure no controllers are left plug in

Press q e and move mouse away from edge

Try closing the game and reopen it if its the same thing that happened to me. Whenever there was a cinematic cutscene, afterwards I just needed to quicksave and reboot.
