During the assault on Khoonda mission, after setting everything up and telling Kherron I'm ready to start the battle--proceeding to tell him where to put the squads, hyping up the troops, all that--the cutscene that I assume precedes the battle begins where Azkul asks a scout what he sees... and then the cutscene refuses to move on. It just locks on Azkul and his weird little mid-dialogue idle animation, with nothing else happening.

I'm playing with the latest version of the cut content patch you can find in the steam workshop, but I don't know if that matters or not. I legitimately cannot figure out any solution to this, and it happens every time, no matter if I pick different dialogue during the section immediately prior or anything like that. I can't even press escape to quit out; the only button that works (in-game) is the "1" key, where it makes the noise as if I'm using it to pick a dialogue option, but nothing happens at all. I end up having to use task manager to force-shut down the game every time.

Is there anyone who's experienced this issue or might know of what might be causing it?

I know I'm playing this game way after everyone else already played and probably forgot about it, but I'm still hopeful someone will see this and have an idea of what's going on.
