I've read online already that the common cause for this is v-sync being turned off. I actually did have it off at first but now after turning it back on, I still can't move after combat so that didn't fix it. Only solution I can find online is the v-sync thing. Some help would be appreciated.

I've just tested it on a hunch, its the frame rate. Above 60fps you cannot move after combat. Why would they add high frame rate support if it makes the game bug out like this? There must be some solution, the game looks so good at 120fps. Its part of the reason I'm playing it again after all this time was because I heard about that big update the game got to support things like this. Please tell me there's a fix.
