Been trying to get some of the sound files of characters' voice lines for modding into other games like Fallout.

The only sound files I can find are in Knights of the Old Republic II\StreamSounds or \StreamFiles

I tried converting the .wav files into mp3s or oggs then into mp3s but it always comes out sounding like static. As far as I can tell it's cause the files are all compressed.

idk how to uncompress them, or if thats even the problem or if im even looking in the right places. As an example how would i turn p_HK47_Dead.wav from StreamSounds into a sound file that doesn't sound like an explosion of static?
