Is this just a thing for Australians? There aren't any prices for the DLC which means you can't buy them, unless you pay for the mega bundle which would include another copy of the game and is $60.

I've been going through my steam library and perfecting game achievements but there are achievements that are locked behind DLC for this game which sucks, especially since it's not even possible to buy it.
