As soon as I launch the game I get a blank scren with a pop up reporting "The D3D device has a non-zero reference count, meaning some objects were not released."

After clicking on in the error box I still have a blank screen but can hear the music and if I move the mouse I can hear it moving over menu options. Had to close the game with alt+f4.

System:

Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
i5-3450 / 16gb
GTX 970 4gb / 347.09 WHQL Driver

I've tried verifying game cache, restarting windows, disconnecting my 2nd monitor and disabling Display Fusion.

Anything else I can try?
