Lock Pick Master (Unlock All 30 Levels) broken!?

It seems this one is broken. after unlocked the last level I got Completionist (Complete all 30 levels), and looking at the stats, it seems I'm now the only one.

Is there any weird trick to unlocked this one?

Yes, it seems that this one is broken (and many more of the other achievements are not unlocking according to their description :D). I also got Completionist when unlocked all the levels. I thought that it may unlock when you actually achieve the requirements for the Completionist achievement (that they are switched) but judging from your stats, this will not happen :) I guess this game will go to the list of "impossible to 100%" :/
