I have a problem with a new receiver

Recently, I've bought a Combat Rifle for permanent. When I was going to test it, I didn't allow mer to use the parts that I bought for other guns. I would like to know if this is bug or this how it has to be.
In case of being a bug, has this happend to other people?
I would some help either the player and the devs. Thanks for answering.

That's just how the game is mate.

Players rent/buy attachments for each individual receiver.

I know, but I'm talking about the parts that I got from the previous version of BLR, they should apply to all receiver, not just the one that you had before.
Tell me if I'm not explaining myself.

If you rented or bought the receiver after the parity update then you would have no attachments for it.

Ah...now I fully understand what you're asking about.

Parts that we had prior to Parity are only for the receivers we had back then.

The game is no longer setup to where we buy an attachment like a scope once, and have it for all weapons.

With each new receiver we buy, we have to buy the individual attachments for them.

That's why the prices are lower than what we used to pay in GP.
