Won't show cinematics

I managed to get the game playing without any crashes for a while. However none of the cut scenes are playing. The game just skips over them. Anyone know how to fix this?

You can try verifying game files. Do you use the Mod Launcher and any custom mods/settings along with? Is your steam language and game language are the same?

Vids won't show for me either. I do have mods enabled though.

What's your mod list and settings? Is the steam language and game's language the same?

I don't have any mods in place. The only things I've done is use guides to make it playable. Running it in comparability for windows XP service pack 2. With adjusting the the exe to use more RAM.
