The updated track disappeared from the game.

I made an update to my workshop track and now it doesn't show up in the game. In the workshop installation folder the updated track is visible. I unsubscribed and re-subscribed the track on Steam, but that didn't help.

Next, I tried to update the track back to the previous version, but it doesn't show up in the game anymore either. I verified game files and that didn't help.
I tried subscribing to new tracks made by others and deleting old subscriptions and re-subscribing them and they appear normally in the game.

I just checked this for you (I assume the track you're referring to is "Pithill").

I can confirm that Steam doesn't report this track as "subscribed", even when subscribed to the item in Workshop.

As in your case, the track was downloaded to disk, but the game does not receive any information about the track (it is not included in the list of "subscribed tracks on disk" reported by Steam).

I've checked the track file itself, as well as the properties/flags on Workshop, and I can't see anything preventing the track from displaying (in fact, if the track is copied to the GR2/Tracks folder, it works perfectly).

We'll look further into this to see if there's anything we can do about it, though.
