Taken a punt on this on EA launch - it loads on Deck fine, no need to even try a Proton GE or exp.
Controls default to mouse so need to flip to controller, but that doesn't seem to operate any of the menus (need to use touch), though does work fine in game for joystick steering and triggers.
Seems to be running around the mid 50s FPS with a bit of fan noise.
Initial view game is fun but with a single screen track and cars/effects and can be hard to see what is happening on bends with multiple cars piling in, and some of the UI covers corners of the track.
