Skip Track / End Track Early
In GR1 my friends and me always played a custom championship and put in lots of tracks. But in GR2 I have two problems with it.
Am I missing something?
- I can't end a track early and have to wait, till everyone finishes at least the round, right?
- I can't save the championship and continue later?

Both seem to be essential for me and the first issue makes ist almost annoyingly unplayable for us :-(
