Problem with terrain type in Track Editor: Can not overwrite outlines
I can move existing outlines using the same setup as when I draw the first time. But I can not delete or overwrite existing outlines in some ocasion.

You probably have the outline color selected as surface mask. Surface color helps not to overwrite the types you don't want to overwrite.
