The noises you here are belly rumbles for hunger and coughing for thirsty.
Eating and drinking should resolve them, I have linked the guide, the section on Energy and Health is the main part.

At starting position : i see no clay around, no water source to fill my jars, farm plot have only carrots and gabbage and i can't cook them because i need potatoes and corns.
Are you sure this game is ok ?
As you go in that direction there is a village with lots of loot able containers, All the different crops can be found there.
Farm plots should be made of clay, you can dig them up, But also the green bits on the map are also clay.
But i don't like jug disappearing system : drinking water = no empty jug back. Probably same about cooking requiring jug. That mean i will always digging clay just to create more jug because this game isn't serious.
Haha! I thought the coughing was because I was in an enclosed space for too long with the torch. I was like, "Wow! They got this game pretty realistic with the smoke inhalation!" But then I got back outdoors and even after a long while, was still coughing. Then I got cold all of a sudden, even with it being afternoon and the sun still out. I will chalk that up to hypothermia, even though I had been out of the water and not wet any more for a bit.
Regardless, the coughing and the hunger noises are a bit annoying. A way to limit that to every so often... like say once a minute or every five minutes would be better. My character was sounding like a pack a day smoker while having the BGs. It's good to have a sound cue, but not that often. Not sure if there is a way to adjust that.
With all due respect, MUDs that have the hunger and thirsty message every thirty seconds or so and no way to tone it down or shut it off completely are annoying in my opinion. It doesn't translate any better to an audio cue, although again it is an interesting feature and I do actually like it. Just tone it down a smidgen, please.
On a side note, are the towns abandoned? I do not see anyone in them. At first I thought maybe they were out, but having played for a little while, even from day to night, I am not seeing anyone as I go by. And of course the containers are filled with items.
Are the book shelves supposed to hold books eventually? Or simply containers as well?
Different container types have a better chance of having certain items in. Jars and crates for seeds, food. Book shelves contain higher valued items and then chests even higher than that. Allot of this depends on your looting perks.
Even still, there are no signs of a struggle in the towns. Not to nit pick, but it seems that the inhabitants just packed up and left. No broken windows, scratched or marred surfaces, no arrows stuck in walls or dead bodies laying around. No blood stains. Useful items still in the drawers, etc. The tunnels did not go unnoticed near the town(s) however.
The book shelves reminded me of The Elder Scrolls, so if we found books to help with the story, that may entice more players to search them out. But if you have hundreds or more worlds, all connected but different, you would have to have specific books for each world I would assume, which would be a nightmare.
