Monsters spawn rate and their level
There are 3 level of difficulty : easy, medium and hard.

Are spawn rate and level of monsters same on easy/medium/hard ?

Certain monsters appear of a certain number of days play have elapsed.
easy medium and hard change this so that easy has more, medium is normal, and hard is no delay.
You also get different perks when you start and inventory items.
