Level II cauldron
Where can I find two down feathers to progress my cauldron level?

you have two options.

a) You can murder a little yellow baby chicken ( chick ) and loot its feathers. You can normally find these by just wondering around.

b) or you can find a obelisk and trade for it. You can find obelisks in either the underground sewer mazes or in the small underground bunkers.
