Enchanting

How do I enchant my items? I have the scrolls and some voltage gear, but no matter what I do my items won't enchant.

Hi,
When you are on the cauldron and its maxed out, click your weapon and you will see plus symbols at the end of the enchantment name, this will spend your scrolls on that enchantment.
