If you go to your skills tree you can learn to identify them from there.

You can then either grow them or loot from containers.

How do you use enchantment scrolls

okay, when your on your cauldron and you look at a weapon that supports enchantments, there will be a + button at the end of the enchantment, this allows you to allocate upto 15 scrolls per type of enchantment.

Please also remember that you can convert an enchanted weapon or armour back into charms as your local obelisc.

Also note that if you may out the material rune on the cauldron, there's a good chance of getting 2 scrolls for each charm.

I have a question how do you kill flame elements

You need to drag them towards water and make them go in, When they die you may get some good loot drops.
