Without encouraging people to edit too many things in files, I would recommand those line being by default in this .ini :

FieldOfView=90.000000
MouseSpeed=0.150000
MouseIntSpeed=1.500000

As we can't modify FOV in settings (at least I didn't find anything).

Globally, I don't know if people usually play with a FOV of 70, 90 or 100.
90 looks fine here, but still, it's only my taste. And 60 is horrible imo.

You can definitely adjust the FOV in game. I think its the second page of settings, right next to mouse speed.
However I have no problem with people changing settings themselves.

I'm a 60 guy on this, But prefer 100 for something like Quake II

OMG it's in effect in the second page...
From people's taste that I could see on the web, 90 would be the minumum for non-console players. Console players would be under this, because playing far away from their monitor.
