General rule of thumb, if it isn't on Daily or Flash sale wait til the last day of the sale period. If it hasn't been further discounted by then, it's safe to pick up with the assumption it's as cheap as it will be. That said, the Eets games are probably the least likely of the games by Klei to get one of those spots. Don't Starve has already been featured and Mark of the Ninja lkely will again as well, as both have been quite successful and have received significant press/critic attention.
