As for changing the facial/body structure of your employees, it's not something I see fitting the game too well as of now.
Choosing their clothes and equipment sounds awesome! As for character change will there be an option to choose your look for yourself? (as in the person who runs it) Also thank you so much for responding!!!

So, for the player's character, at the moment there's no such concept in Hotel Galactic. It is similar to RTS or city builder games where the player is acting as a non-physical entity without sporting an avatar in the game's world.
Perhaps it's a topic for some rethinking, although how I see it is that having just an avatar selection at the beginning and then your character not being a part of game's world would be pretty weak. On the other hand having your avatar in the hotel would imply that the actions that you can perform as a player should also be constricted to the avatar's location and presence. That'd change the current gameplay approach completely.
