What does the numbers in the worker's panel mean?
I thought at first it described how good at something they were, as I put high priority on workers with high numbers, but when I right-click on the workers, their actual skill level or talents differ widely from everything in the worker's panel. Anyone know? Is it perhaps a bug where the worker's panel doesn't update itself correctly?

Hey there! The numbers there should reflect the level that they sport in the given skill. The numbers being different in those two panels may have been a bug perhaps.
