Demo was good, yeah some bugs:
character disappearing through floor,
cooked item not served stuck permanently on serving desk,
Customers (final ones) disappearing while not enough bed/rooms
But the main issue I think it's navigation through the Hotel:
make the use of right clic hold/release to scroll through the map, like in many games.
switching item place inside bedrooms should be automatic if already in place, and not be done by a character (way too long)
many more advices but I am sure people already told so.
Very nice atmosphere and design.
Maybe more music too
