Micro-ing all the dirty rooms... give us a linen trolly, One staff takes the trolly does as many rooms as they have supplies for, then returns to the laundry and proceeds to wash everything. While they're making the rooms... pick up the trash too.
I like micro, and having games that get busy. there is fun in that. but there's also elegance in games that you can build into being self-sufficient. A healthy balance of both.
