Nice visuals, but quite much of microcontrol
I've played the demo, and I can say I like the art style and atmosphere, but I have a question.

Do we need to click on the job every time to order the workers do it? Can't they pick the top priority available job automatically? Seems like I failed the quest to feed the dragon-like guest as my cook went away to transport some stuff although he has low transportation priority, and the others didn't pick the ready order in time, so the guest just left the dining room. I expected that the cook would immediately go to the kitchen when the order arrives, without me disabling all his other activities or dragging him to the stove.

Feels like necessity to click on everything, from arriving guests to ready meal and washer, can become a problem in the late game when you won't be able to maintain the event stream when you could just consider good prioritizing and let your workers do their best. Maybe some more advanced automation is planned in next versions?

P. S. Please allow saving in the following demos :) I wonder what comes after we succeed with a dragon, but I'm too lazy to replay all 1.5 hours :)

P. P. S. And more readable food cooking progress would also be a charm.

Im writing up a QoL recommendation that covers exactly what you're talking about. I'm hoping that since we are only experiencing a demo slice of the big picture, maybe automatic function will come later. Maybe as the staff skill levels increase. I think its a bit silly that I have staff with skill level 6 that walk right by food litter on the ground and do nothing about it. Or wash the linens, and don't immediately take the ones ready for drying and hang them. micro'ing little things like that will be excessive when the hotel gets really big.

Micro-ing all the dirty rooms... give us a linen trolly, One staff takes the trolly does as many rooms as they have supplies for, then returns to the laundry and proceeds to wash everything. While they're making the rooms... pick up the trash too.

I like micro, and having games that get busy. there is fun in that. but there's also elegance in games that you can build into being self-sufficient. A healthy balance of both.

Btw, if you got to the Toravis, then that is the end.
