Hotel guests just lie in bed

When hotel guests stay for more than one night, after the first night they just lie in bed until they leave. Is that how it should be?

Same issue here.

It looks like guests in beds don't refill their energy bar, so they stay in bed until they have to check-out.

Same problem - any guest that's longer than 1 day will act normally on 1st day, go to bed and stay there until end of their stay.
