Similarly, the NPC began to prepare rations and hung up, not even dragging it from its place, but the cargo ship was about to fly away and remained in place, the new one does not arrive.
It seems to me that the problem is with saves, if you start the game and everything is fine, but if you save and exit the game, then bugs begin

It's quite possible that this is related to save files. Many of the bugs I've encountered appeared during gameplay after loading a save. However, there have also been instances where characters became unresponsive, which were resolved after restarting the game.
