Hey travelers,

We’ve been loving all the feedback and bug reports you’ve shared during the demo! While most things are working as expected, there are still a few sneaky bugs we’re chasing down, especially the ones that only show up in specific systems or edge cases. Those could really use a bit more context to help us nail down the cause.

Here’s a quick guide on how to send us the most helpful info, so we can squash those bugs faster and more effectively.

If you’ve hit a serious bug (e.g., input not working, workers stuck forever, game freezes, weird glitches), the best thing you can do is send us your log files and save data. These give us a direct look at what the game was doing under the hood.

From the main menu, click the Logs button in the bottom-left corner (next to the Ancient Forge logo - yep, that cute little debug spider).

This will open a folder. Inside it, go into the folder called Hotel Galactic Demo.

Grab the following files:

• Player.log
  
• Player-prev.log
  
• Anything inside the Save Files folder (optional but helpful!)

Feel free to include a short note about what was happening when the bug occurred, especially the steps leading up to the bug. The more detail, the better!
