Some Bugs, Tips, and Suggestions
While playing the early access today I noticed quite a few bugs.

Number 1 that when you run out of a particular item for the menu the guests won't stop trying to order it and it can keep your workers from preparing future meals as well as specify that the appliances are in use when they really aren't. There needs to be a way to at least cancel a meal or the prep if not just flagging the recipe so the NPC doesn't order it in the first place. My only tip to is to avoid this issue by keeping an eye on those ingredients and change the recipes when they get low.

Number 2 Furniture will have a no workers access warning and the paw prints will show up red even though there is not even a puddle or debris in front of it let alone another item. most the time if you move said furniture, or pack and unpack it, the warning will go away. other times it will go away n its own when a worker passes by.

Number 3 there is a cleaning notification that sits in front of the docks that you have no way of getting rid of. I have no tip for that one.

Number 4 the priority system still really doesn't seem to help I noticed with taking care of guests. My cooks despite having no other priorities still seemed to need me to drag them to the kitchen and those with low priorities in everything else would still wander off if I placed them in the kitchen. Also many of my workers don't seem to react to the guests being ready to order even when they are just wandering around after prioritizing it. Doubling the priority doesn't seem to make them react any differently either this I know is an on going complaint. currently no tip for fixing other than dragging the characters around and hoping something else doesn't keep them from doing the job you want.

Number 5 the items from cleaning will remain on the floor while there is no work to be done, eventually my workers put them up but it took several days.

I don't exactly know where to lump this in as I can't tell if its a bug or how the item is designed

If the sack is meant to help carry more items at once, it doesn't feel like it. The pick up tasks still feels long and tedious. Even without the sack only picking up a single item at a time feels wrong. Also my worker doesn't seem interested in emptying the sack when it's supposedly full.

Now I for my biggest suggestion that may mostly be effected by the previous bugs or inconveniences mentioned above.

The day and night cycle may need adjusting because half the time my workers don't have a good sleeping schedule. It doesn't seem to matter if I have enough workers when most of them go to sleep around the same time even when major work needs to be done. It might have been mostly due to the bugs after the first couple of nights as I gained more guests, but even with the new hires it was inconvenient for my worker to head to bed just before the most active part of the day. The time might be going a bit too fast, it might be good to either shorten their rest time if you don't want to make the days longer, having them go to bed as the guests leave but still have time before the end of the night to at least change the bedding. There were also many times I was doing everything while guests were active. Closing the hotel wouldn't need to happen as often if this was implemented.
