How does SPEED work?
Ingame it says "For each 10 Points Speed Cooldown is reduced by 1x" - i dont understand that? 10 Points of speed = 100% CD reduction?

I've always interpreted it as 10 points of speed being a 100% increase in how fast you attack, so +10 speed reduces cooldown by 50%, +20 speed reduces in by 75%, etc. Not sure if this is correct either though as I never sat down to test it.
